E-Commerce Operating Manager Philippines

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for all brand official store related matters on E-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee and Zalora, etc;
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management, visual merchandise and design, customer service and merchandising matters between platforms and brand team;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
  • Excellent negotiation skill;
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
  • Make yearly, quarterly and monthly sales plan, forecast and track key metrics of store performance on platforms;
  • Identify areas of improvement of account on platforms to meet sales quotas;
  • Prepare reports on account status.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably with a major in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar courses.
  • Preferably with proven work experience in e-commerce industry and knowledge about marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, etc.)
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English; Chinese skill is a bonus
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in E-commerce or equivalent.
