As the leading role for account management on Lazada, Shopee, Zalora and other main e-commerce marketplaces in SEA; Account Manager liaises between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Forecast, track and report key store metrics on main e-commerce platforms, identity improvement areas to increase the sales of brand official store. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for all brand official store related matters on E-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Zalora and etc;
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters between platforms and brand team;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
- Excellent negotiation skill;
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
- Make yearly, quarterly and monthly sales plan, forecast and track key metrics of store performance on platforms;
- Identify areas of improvement of account on platforms to meet sales quotas;

BA/BS degree or above in business-related field.
– Proven work experience in Lazada, Shopee or Zalora;
– Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role;
– Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;
– Strong verbal and written skills in English, Chinese skill is a bonus
