Once again, Arriva-managed Flagship stores Fitflop and Bench managed to secure 2 of the top 5 brands in fashion category during the 11.11 mega campaign of Lazada Philippines.

Shanghai-based Buy Quickly was founded in 2011 to provide a one-stop e-commerce operations solution in China. In 2016, Buy Quickly was awarded by Alibaba’s Tmall as a “Five Star Service Provider” (then, the highest level) partnering with jewelry brand Pandora. Presented with the challenge of having soft-launched the flagship store only a month before 9.9, through strategic planning as well as leveraging on its partnership with both regional and local Lazada teams, Fitflop quickly rose to be the No. 1 brand in Lazada’s Fashion Category across South East Asia during its 9.9 mega campaign. In 11.11 and 12.12, Fitflop was once again No. 1 in the Fashion Category across South East Asia and No. 1 in both Shoes and Fashion Category in the Philippines.
Clarks’ Lazada Malaysia flagship store was faced with the issue of irrelevant store sales, not even cracking the top 10 ranking during Lazada’s 9.9 mega campaign. Arriva took over the store in October 2018 and completely redesigned its homepage, product detail pages and revamped all store operations which improved customers’ shopping experience and quickly pushed Clarks as the No. 1 brand in Lazada’s Shoe Category and No. 2 in Lazada’s Fashion Category during both Lazada’s 11.11 and 12.12 mega campaigns.
Herschel has had tremendous success in the online marketplace with the help of Arriva’s cutting edge methods. Equipped with the most advanced techniques in e-commerce, Herschel’s flagship store now sees its online following growing by leaps and bounds everyday. This was clearly exhibited in its performance for both the 11.11 and 12.12 Lazada campaigns where Herschel was #1 in Bags and Travel in the Philippines and #3 in Fashion across Southeast Asia.
Danish brand Pandora is one of the top three jewelery brands in the world, with more than 100 specialty stores in China. Up to now, through the precise and refined management and operation at all levels, Pandora has achieved comprehensive optimization in terms of its Tmall store performance, number of fans, and popularity in the said Alibaba-owned platform. In addition, Buy Quickly provides a number of professional IT software services such as OMS at the center, and effectively guarantees the docking service with the brand ERP, BI, third-party logistics, CRM and other systems.
Swiss-owned brand Tissot – known for its excellent quality and exquisite craftsmanship – achieved Number 1 status through merchandise, traffic, and marketing planning, complemented with refinement of big data. In 2017, it became the first ever brand in the timing industry to collaborate with Tmall. From March to April 2018, Buy Quickly helped Tissot successfully launch Tmall Super Fan Day and Tmall Super Brand Day, during which a large number of fans were acquired, thus strengthening the brand’s image and popularity.
