As the leading role for account management on Lazada, account Manager liaises between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Forecast, track and report key store metrics on Lazada platform, identity improvement areas to increase the sales of brand official store. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for all brand official store related matters on E-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee and JD Central , etc;
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters between platforms and brand team;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
- Excellent negotiation skill;
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
- Make yearly, quarterly and monthly sales plan, forecast and track key metrics of store performance on platforms;
- Identify areas of improvement of account on platforms to meet sales quotas;
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Proven work experience in Lazada, Shopee or JD Central;
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role;
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;
- Strong verbal and written skills in English, Mandarin skill is a bonus;
- Strong Excel Skill
- Can speak, write and read Thai languages
BA/BS degree or above in business-related field.
At least 1-2 years experience in customer assistance role, preferably at an e-commerce company.
