Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for all brand official store related matters on E-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee and Zalora, etc;
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management, visual merchandise and design, customer service and merchandising matters between platforms and brand team;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
- Excellent negotiation skill;
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
- Make yearly, quarterly and monthly sales plan, forecast and track key metrics of store performance on platforms;
- Identify areas of improvement of account on platforms to meet sales quotas;
- Prepare reports on account status.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably with a major in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar courses.
- Preferably with proven work experience in e-commerce industry and knowledge about marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, etc.)
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written skills in English; Chinese skill is a bonus
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in E-commerce or equivalent.
